Bratcher works with a pool of more than 300 land properties of different areas, locations, vocations and deals with landowners and developers. This pool of land properties is constantly updated and nurtured with new opportunities.
The choice of investment depends on economic, social and legal factors of each region, supply and demand studies, and the availability of our trusted partners with experience in specific regions.
Once the investment opportunity has been defined, an analysis of the legal situation of the land and its current owners is made so that a contract is formulated in order to mitigate risks.
After assuring the land situation is regular, we work together with architects on a project that meets local demand, legal requirements and maximizes sales.
We have 60 years of engineering and real estate development in our roots. Our experience in the industry allows us to make budget estimates very close to the executed, minimizing the chance of contingencies and controlling costs.
Formulated together with University of Sao Paulo students and faculty members, our economic viability study is one of our most valuable assets and allows us to safely choose the best opportunities to offer our investors.
